Each design features unique African textiles and the academy logo, and the tag on the sleeve reads, "A portion of sales will be donated to support employment in Ghana." BARBER ACADEMY Started with the strong desire to "make barbering a profession. Make barbering a culture. Let's establish a barber academy in Ghana!", this collaborative project aims to support employment for young people through the training of barbers in Ghana, and ultimately create a future in which barbers will be active overseas.
CLOUDY is a certified nonprofit organization established in 2010. Starting with supporting children living in slums in Kenya, the organization now builds schools in Ghana to create educational opportunities, factories to create employment opportunities, and health support through school meals and sex education. Focusing on education, employment, and health, the organization takes action with the cloudy days of others living under the same clouds in mind.
