Turn off and unplug the clipper or trimmer.
Brush away loose hair from the blades.
Hold the can 4–6 inches from the blade and spray until the cutting area is coated.
Let it sit for a few seconds, then wipe the blade dry with a soft microfiber cloth.
Finish with your regular clipper oil.
